Does ITS take a cut from my paycheck?
There are no cuts taken from our direct hire employees. There is a one-time $35 admin fee for our contract employees but no other cuts.

These are the same benefits offered to our internal employees.
What is the average length of a contract?
On average, our contracts last for 8 months, with most contracts having a minimum 6-months length.

Does ITS offer a referral bonus?
Yes, we do offer a referral bonus of $250. You can refer a friend through our form here. Please remember that a contract referral must be employed for 30 calendar days, and a direct hire referral must be employed for 90 calendar days before you are eligible for the referral bonus.
