Refer a new client to ITS and receive a $2,500 Referral Fee!
Client Referral Program:
How it works:
- Refer a new client to ITS and receive a $2,500 Referral Fee after we place our first direct hire candidate with that client.
- Collect another $1,000 for every additional successful direct hire placement with your referred client for up to 1 year.
- Your referral may be any company that has not previously been our client OR a company with which we have not worked as a client or prospective client within 180 days.
Qualifying for your $2,500 reward is easy!
- Complete the New Client Referral form.
- We will contact you and ask that you advise your client referral that we will be contacting them.
- We will contact any qualified client contacts that you refer.
- If we enter into a staffing agreement with your client referral within 90 days of your referral, and we place a direct hire with your referral, then you will be eligible for the $2,500 Referral Fee subject to accepting the terms and conditions.
Terms & Conditions:
- If the same client referral is made by more than one referrer, only the first person (based on the date and time the New Client Referral form was submitted) making the referral will be eligible for the $2,500 Referral Fee.
- Flat fees for Direct Hire Placements will not be eligible for the program UNLESS the fee is greater than $12,500
- You will receive a check in the amount of $2,500 from ITS within 10 business days after our guarantee period has passed for the referred client.
- No limit to the number of qualified client referrals you can make.
- This referral fee program is subject to state and federal tax laws.
- Recruitment Agencies are not eligible to participate.
- ITS reserves the right to discontinue the program with or without notice.
